Control units
sonicclean
The sonicclean ultrasonic fitting ensures reliable, maintenance-free and real time process monitoring through targeted cleaning of sensores. This prevents measured value drift and contributes to improving process control, especially in industrial sewage treatment plants.
sonicwipe
The sonicwipe ensures the cleanliness of sensor surfaces in in-line PAT applications using special ultrasound protocols. This increases measurement stability, precision and process efficiency as well as the safety of personnel in industrial environments through seamless integration into process control systems.
soniccatch
The soniccatch revolutionizes industrial environments by using ultrasonic fields for real time detection of particles. This enables in-line process-oriented data acquisition, especially in the biotech industry.
Industrial Installation
All our products can be adapted and installed to the industrial environment upon customer request, to perfectly integrate into your process.
Installation scenarios
usePAT's add-ons can be combined with a wide variety of sensores for different installation situations. Below you find an overview of the most common installation options. We offer individual solutions for special installation wishes.
Opposite installation in the pipe
Fitting type for two ports in pipes. The add-on is mounted opposite the sensor.
Angled installation in the pipe
Fitting type for two ports in pipes. The add-on is attached at an angle to the sensor. The angled installation is particularly suitable for cleaning applications.
90° installation in the pipe
Fitting type for two ports in pipes. The add-on is attached at an 90° angle to the sensor. The angled installation is particularly suitable for cleaning applications.
Free hanging & attached to the measuring sensor
Installation variants for free-hanging sensores, e.g. in activated sludge tanks in sewage treatment plants.
Single port fitting
This type of fitting is used when there is only one connection.
The attachment includes the sensor, which is held in the middle.
